This report from XDA Developers states that they have found some product configuration keys for Windows 11. This key confirms that Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 users will be able to upgrade to the Windows 11 operating system for free. Although Microsoft has not yet said anything about it.

The report goes on to say that Windows 7 users will probably not get this benefit. Although they found a Windows 8 file in Windows 11, it is not working properly. As a result, Windows 8 users will have to upgrade to Windows 8.1 first.
